Mohan Rangasamy, Vice President & Executive Sponsor

Mohan, Vice President of Sales & Marketing will serve as Executive Sponsor for this engagement. A PMP-certified cloud technologist, he brings a strong blend of executive leadership and technical expertise. With over 22 years of experience in senior management roles at leading technology companies, Mohan will provide strategic oversight and governance to ensure the project is delivered successfully and exceeds expectations in all aspects.

Stevan Ward, Director of Operations

Steven will serve as Director of Operations and brings a wealth of experience in school bus management. He is the founder of Essential Transportations Inc. and currently owns and operates a fleet of more than 40 school vehicles. His hands-on expertise in managing school bus fleets provides a valuable outside-in perspective that will strengthen operational effectiveness and contribute to the success of the NeoTrack.

Kannan Muthusamy, Vice President - Engineering

Kannan, Vice President – Telematics Solutions, brings over 25 years of networking and wireless experience, including 15 years as a customer support leader. He is a CCIE Wireless–certified professional, a distinguished speaker at multiple networking events, and the holder of a U.S. patent in wireless communication. Kannan has supported large-scale wireless networks, including the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.

 Kirthika Duraiswami, Senior Project Manager

Kirthika will serve as the Project Manager for this engagement and will act as the primary liaison for NeoTrack throughout the implementation and the duration of the system. She will be the single point of contact for all technical and support-related matters, ensuring clear communication and coordinated execution. Kirthika holds an MBA from a leading institution and maintains multiple project management certifications, including SAFe Agilist and Certified Scrum Master. With 10 years of project management experience across diverse business environments, including ownership of a daycare business, she brings strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Smriti Kannan, Customer Success Manager

Smriti will serve as the Enterprise Customer Success Manager for this engagement, focusing on partnering with the customer to ensure they realize maximum value from NeoTrack products. She will support the achievement of desired outcomes by sharing best practices, providing actionable insights, and identifying opportunities to optimize system usage and overall effectiveness.
